LolNest publishes humour, and we take it seriously. This policy explains how our content is created, reviewed and kept up to date.

1. Original content

Our writers create every caption, bio, wish, joke and question in their own words. We don't copy lines from other websites, books, songs, films or TV shows. When a joke format is a classic (like knock knock jokes), we write fresh versions of it. A small number of traditional jokes, riddles and folk paheliyan that have been passed down for generations appear alongside our original lines, always written in our own words.

Our Hindi and Urdu content is written in its own script, with a Roman version under each line so more readers can enjoy it.

2. Editorial review

Each page is reviewed by an editor before publishing. Editors check that every line is clear, funny, correctly categorised and not repeated elsewhere on the site.

3. Family-friendly and inclusive

We keep content suitable for a general audience, including teens. We don't publish profanity or adult content, and we don't publish jokes about race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance or age that put people down. Playful roasts stay light-hearted and self-aware.

4. Safety in games

Dares and challenges on LolNest are written to be safe, legal and doable at home or over text. Players should always feel free to skip any dare.

5. Accurate tips and FAQs

When we mention platform details, such as character limits for bios and captions, we check them against the platform's own information and update pages when things change.

6. Reader submissions

Readers can submit their own lines on any page. Every submission is reviewed by an editor and only published if it meets this policy. We may lightly edit submissions for clarity.

7. Updates and corrections

We regularly refresh pages with new lines and remove ones that no longer land. Each page shows the date it was last updated. If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page and we'll fix it quickly.

8. Advertising

LolNest may show ads to keep the site free. Advertisers never influence what we write.
